Job Description
Reporting to the Management day to day basis for the progress of the works.
Responsible to deliver the project on time supported by the team of Project Engineer / Manager.
Coordinate with Client day to day basis and Architect & consultants.
Coordinate with the contractors to achieve target of works and control cost.
Should be aware of Auto Cad, Excel etc.
Checking & ensuring that all activities are executed as per the Contract, Specifications & Drawings. Proper desired quality.
Check of the Bills prepared by the Contractor and verified by the Project / Site Engineer, forward it to the Head office for further or the concerned for further processing.
Collect client requirement on technology requirements and discuss in Client meetings and inform the Management.
Identifying the critical activities & address the same with necessary required resources to complete the project on time.
Ensure that Health, Safety and Environment and provide Corrective Action Report with Lessons Learnt.
Ensure that all documentations are up to date at the site as per the company requirements and also complying with the client’s requirements.
Implement action plan and report progress to Management on Periodic basis.
Make project schedules, reports etc.
To ensure works are carried out to the required quality, within the required time frame and as per designs and specifications
